Design Description
CIP (Clean In-Place) refers to a closed-loop cleaning and disinfection system for production equipment, including tanks, pipelines and pumps, as well as the whole production line. It enables automatic cleaning and disinfection without manual disassembly and opening operations. This system is widely applicable to equipment and pipeline cleaning in dairy, beverage, alcohol and agricultural product processing industries.
The CIP cleaning system is composed of an acid tank, alkali tank, hot water tank, return water tank, disinfectant tank, concentrated acid tank, concentrated alkali tank, heat exchanger, process pump, as well as supporting valves and pipe fittings. Users can configure corresponding tank combinations according to actual process demands. In conventional working conditions, a three-tank configuration consisting of an acid tank, alkali tank and hot water tank can satisfy routine cleaning demands.
Tongxie CIP/SIP systems are designed in accordance with prevailing international standards and pharmaceutical industry specifications. All equipment is customized.

CIP cleaning effect follows the CR comprehensive evaluation principle: Ti + A + C + Te = 100%
CR: Cleaning Result, representing compliant cleaning performance
Ti: Cleaning Time, referring to the effective contact and acting duration during the cleaning process
A: Mechanical Action, including flow rate, delivery volume and operating pressure during cleaning
C: Chemical Action, covering the category and concentration of cleaning agents
Te: Cleaning Temperature, including cleaning water temperature and material immersion temperature

The product series cover multiple configurations to adapt to different production scenarios, including manual CIP stations, semi-automatic CIP stations, fully automatic CIP station systems, and automatic batching pretreatment systems equipped with integrated CIP functions. The integrated automatic system supports full-line data collection, information interaction and equipment linkage coordination to match automated production processes.
The above CIP equipment is available in integrated and split structural forms. Four optional heating modes are provided for all models, including plate heating, tubular heating, coil heating and direct heating.
Integrated CIP systems support diversified specifications, with configurations from single-loop to triple-loop and tank volumes ranging from 1 ton to 5 tons. Split CIP systems feature richer specification options, covering single-loop to six-loop configurations and tank volumes from 1 ton to 10 tons.
